How can I cure my acne?

I have had acne since I was 13 and I am now 16 still suffering with acne. I have oily skin but clean my face daily with dial soap to dry out my face and rubbing acahol after the soap. I also have a lotion which use rarely mainly because it seems not to work. I have a healthy diet too but does anyone have any suggestions because it bothers me alot|||change your pillow case once a week. The oils from your hair get on it and then your face rubs it. Drink lots of water. Stay away from milk products. They have been proven to cause acne. Good luck!|||Get rid of the rubbing alcohol. It strips your skin and can cause inflammation and more breakouts. The dial soap is doing the same thing to you so stop using that too. Both of those things are actually making your skin worse.

Use something like Cetaphil skin cleanser at first to heal your skin, then switch to something like Aveeno. You can use a little neosporin on any open sores, or hydrocortisone cream for any mild rashes your prior regimine caused. The moisturizer should be designed for your face (again, I like Aveeno), and not for your body and be mild with no particulate in it.

Be sure you%26#039;re changing your pillowcases every week and, if you sleep touching your face, wear a pair of gloves that you also wash once a week.

Your acne should start to clear up in a month or two. If not, go see a dematologist because you might need to seek treatment for acne or contact dermatitis.|||Banish Today%26#039;s Unwelcome Breakouts - And Tomorrow%26#039;s

Even if you don%26#039;t experience acne, it helps to control shine and provide a matte finish. Ideal for both teens and adults, it contains targeted botanicals, including extracts of licorice, burdock, watercress, tea tree oil, and manuka oil, as well as vitamins B6, A, and E, and zinc gluconate.
