Will alcohol help cure acne and/or clean your face?

Ma face is filled with dirt..|||No, if you put alcohol it will severely dry up your skin. Alcohol is good in certain amounts like a clearasil pad but if you mean JUST alcohol then no.|||i used to have bad acne.. just go to the beach and let the sun do all the work..it worked for me ..antibiotics didnt work with me|||of course it kills all the bacteria on your face to prevent future break outs-but will not help with the the present acne you have today-PLUS, it wil dry your skin out so bad|||No it will make it worse. GEt some clearasil or neutrogena wah.|||NO it will only dry it out!
