Does anyone know a cure that works for Adult Acne?

I have tried a few things and would use what a doctor can give me as a last resort really, I%26#039;ve tried Witch Hazel and Tea Tree Oil along with different face and body washes.|||hang your head in shame,stay indoors or wear a bag-on-head in public, theres enough ugly mugs out there without you SPOTTY|||If you are old enough to be going through peri-menopause, you will just have to do what the teenagers do. Watch the amount of fat, processed sugars and caffeine you take into your body and wash your face at least twice a day with a good acne wash. Keep some cover-up medicine around for the ones that still come up.


Hormones can be a real pain.|||Try to stop drinking milk or eat anything that consist of milk products for 3 months at least...More that 3 people on ten are allergic to milk product and they don%26#039;t even know.. if you try everything else there nothing to lose to compensate your lack on calcium you will have to drink soy milk it is not very tasty but it will help you a lot !!! and my acne is nearly all gone and my face doesnt produce any more oil so it wont flair up, you will read all these bad things about side affects but i can honestly say i havent had one side affect apart from dry lips and that is nothing compared to having great skin, trust me ask about accutane it works|||My mom is probably much older than you, but she still gets acne. What she does is, she uses AVON face products everyday several times. It seems to be working wonders for her. She always makes sure that she washes her face before going to bed. I do not know if this would work for you. But what is the worst it could happen? If it does not work, you can move onto some other stuff. Also, I have learned this from experience. When your face is breaking out, do not put on really oily face moisturizers. Look for face moisturizer that uses a base besides oil. Hope your acne problem goes away soon!
