What is the best cure for getting rid of acne?

I have my days where I get acne and when I dont. I usually get it when it comes around to that certain time of the month but recently I%26#039;ve been getting it like crazy since I stopped using Proactive since I don%26#039;t have time to use it twice a day. I was wondering if anyone had any insight on what is the best products out there or any home remedies that would work.|||Sebum is the oil produced by the skin. It is regulated by your androgen glands or %26quot;hormonal glands%26quot;. When your hormones fluctuate your androgen glands produce excess Sebum.

Because the glands are more concentrated in your face, that is where acne develops.

There are ways to stop the breakouts though.

The tricky part about acne is that the problem can actually become worse if you overmedicate. That%26#039;s because acne medication can overdry the skin, causing a boost in your skin%26#039;s Sebum (oil) production. This results in...you guessed it - more acne.

So what%26#039;s the long term solution? Find gentler solutions or even natural acne cures that won%26#039;t shock your body into more breakouts. Here%26#039;s what I recommend:

- Use a glycerin based facewash. Glycerin is gentler and will balance the ph levels in your skin.

- For body acne, try using an antibacterial soap to slowly dry out the skin. If your skin gets too dry, switch to a moisterizing soap like Dove to counterbalance the effect.

- Wash your face only 2 times a day max and gently pat dry with a towel.

- Use a gentle face moisterizer if the glycerin based face wash drys you out too much.

- Eat almonds, fiber, drink lots of water and avoid excess sugar intake.

- If acne medication isn%26#039;t working or causing new breakouts, try applying egg whites to the pimples at night before bed. This natural remedy works great.

- One of my favorite natural skin conditioners is wearing an %26quot;oatmeal mask%26quot;. The oatmeal with smooth your skin while simultaneously absorb toxins and oils from your pores.

- Tea Oil works great on acne as well. Tea Tree Oil is an antifungal that will kill bacteria in the skin gently. You can pick it up at most drug stores and health food stores.

- Rubbing a slice of lemon on acne will dry out the pimple and balance the pH levels in the skin. Some people don%26#039;t enjoy smelling like a lemon but the solution does work.

- Put a dab of rubbing alcohol on pimples after you pop them. The alcohol will kill bacteria, shrink the pimple and dry out oily pores.

Best of Luck!|||No only is this product the best with proven results it is the safest to use because it is pure safe and botanical and will give you skin the results it needs i would put you on the not-so-basic line from Arbonne. It will cost you less than a dollar a day to use and is a product that will penatrate your skin and give you the natural ph balance you were born with. Arbonne is the best skin careline and the only one that gives results in less than 3 days and is the only product on the market that will penatrate down thru to where the problems come from the sebious glands and your welcome my site is below just click on shop on line and it will be at your door in 3 days.|||That is so common when stopping proactive. See.. that solution has a bunch of alcohol and drying agents in it. It stops your oil production. That%26#039;s bad! It ends the breakouts but you can never stop the line. Also.. if you stay on it your skin has no oil or protection from the environment and it will lead to early aged skin.

The best thing for acne skin can depend. One good thing is salicylic acid and tea-tree oil. Also.. use a moisturizer. That is soo important and even for oily skin! It can help calm down your skin, give it balance and even produce less if you are making too much oil.

I hope that helps!
