http://www.cleopatraschoice.com/|||use least amount of chemicals because they only deteriorate the quality of skin. just use a good anti-bacterial soap and wash your face about 4-5 times a day. acne happens because the pores of the skin get blocked and bacteria get trapped inside them. so you can start by opening the pores by taking steam on the face . this will remove oil too. drink a lot of water. this will clean the system and keep the blood healthy. eat less oily food. loads of vegetables and watery fruits. apply some sandalwood powder mixed with rosewater and keep overnight. i come from india so these are available here easily but i am not sure they would be available at your end.anyway, stop using lotions and creams and everything. keep them pores open.

You need a good cleanser (something with salicylic acid) and a good moisturiser, to rehydrate and adjust the pH of your skin.
You could also use a product with benzoyl peroxide, which helps dry the pimples out and prevents more infection of the skin from bacteria.
All these products can be obtained from your Pharmacy without a script. In sever cases, ask your doctor about antibiotic treatment, eg/ minocycline (Minomycin), with or without topical (a cream) treatment eg/ adapalene (Differin) cream.|||Hi,
