Does accutane cure acne around mouth and chin (hormonal)?

I have been told that acne around the mouth is related to a hormonal imbalance. Does acctane cure this type of acne or will it come back due to hormones once the course is finished?|||Accutane helps any where, I used it years ago and it cleared up my acne for good. It is a long lasting drug. They say there could be side effects, I%26#039;ve never had any though.
