Wht is the best natural way to cure acne completely??? wht do I have to do??

1. You should use a chemical free skin cleanser every day. By cleaning your skin, you can help eliminate new blemishes from forming. Cleaning your skin every day is the best thing you can do to achieve healthy, acne free skin.

2. Try to keep your hair and hands off of your face. Both your hair and hands contain dirt and oils that can clog your pores and let bacteria grow. While this is not a cure for acne, keeping your pores clear will be instrumental in clearing your acne.

3. Drink lots of water, and eat a healthy diet. While there are no clear connections with acne to a person鈥檚 diet, your skin is the largest organ on your body and keeping your body healthy will naturally keep your skin healthy.

Drinking lots of water will keep your skin hydrated while also flushing away toxins.

4. Don鈥檛 pick at your acne! Picking at your acne causes an unnecessary transfer of oils that may cause deeper acne lesions that may lead to scarring. The best way is to get your acne under control using a natural acne treatment every morning and every night.

The above is the only natural way that completely cures acne.|||Try not to pop any, as this will cause scarring later...(although, on the plus side, this will allow you to work in Hollywood as %26quot;the baddie%26quot;)

You will need a many-pronged strategy, but some good starting points would include:

healthy diet - eat only fresh food, greens, (no chocolate, fried stuff, pizza)

do some exercise, and get outdoors as much as possible.

keep your face clean (water is enough, unless you get it really dirty.)

get plenty of sleep

try not to spend ages looking in the mirror. Beat up anyone who takes the pi55, it%26#039;ll make you feel better.

Don%26#039;t squeeze them. (I already said this, but really, don%26#039;t- they dry up.)|||put tomatoe juice on a cloth and apply it to the acne.leave it on over night! Toothpaste works well too!|||Try Proactiv Solutions. It really works. Just google it to find out more. Good luck!|||hmm change ur food loh, do not take something that is fried too much|||pop your nasty boils.|||masturbate regularly.sure u will look cute.|||we%26#039;ve beaten my nieces severe acne...a washcloth, antibacterial handsoap, dial, wash gently for two minutes, then apply a product called zap-zit, walmart, after 1-2 weeks, switch to proactive or something like it, at TARGET, use that and the zap-zit. STOP using the soap.It was just a kick start. I got this from the dermatologist.|||There arent ways to %26quot;cure%26quot; acne, its not a disease, it%26#039;s just clogged up pores. There are ways to avoid it though:

Wash your hair before you go to sleep at night, and change your pillow case frequently. This is because the oils that are in your hair rub onto the pillow case, then smear all over your face while youre sleeping.

Don%26#039;t touch your face with your hands. Or at least try not to. Your hands are dirty, from touching things, running them through your hair, etc..

Take a few aspirin (straight up plain old aspirin, not ibuprofin or whatever) crush them up, mix them with a bit of water till they make a paste. Rub it on your face and rinse it off with warm water. Or put rubbing alcohol onto a cotton ball, wad of tissue, anything like that, and wipe your face off with it, but be careful with that because it dries out your skin, so get a good oilfree moisturizer.

if you have a mondo zit that needs to be killed:

get 1/4 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar and some tea tree oil..

Saturate a cotton swab (Q tip) with the apple cider vinegar. Add a single drop of tea tree essential oil. Dab the cotton swab on the zit and leave overnight. Cover with a small band-aid if your pillow might rub the stuff off while you sleep. When you arise, you should notice the zit has diminished.

Really, just be clean. Dont sleep in makeup, wash your face in the morning, and for the love of god, dont pick at them. Unless you like pockmarks and scars. Then, do it alot.
