i have eczema and i%26#039;m trying to find a way to cure the acne bumps i have. someone told me you can use coconut water and make ice cubes out of them and rub it on where your acne is to cure acne? idk if this is true but if it isn%26#039;t is there another way? |||I am not sure if the coconut cubes will work but if you have medical insurance ask your doctor for benzaclin it is a mix of the two strongest acne medicines benzel peroxide and clindamycin, you can look it up but it is wonderful. You can also use oatmeal with nothing added it tightens on your face it would be like using a face mask. Hope this helps there are much much more but these are good to start with.
