What is the best way to cure acne (white heads and black heads)?

I have had problems for the last couple of years with white heads and black heads on my face and zits on my legs and back. Anyone have a solution to this? I am currently on medication for anxiety disorder and cannot take the medication the dermatologist gave me so i%26#039;m looking for another way of getting rid of it. Proactiv does not work on me.|||You hit it right on there with your last sentence. Everybody is different and different things work for some people and not others. I hate to say it, but it may take quite a bit of experimenting. After using lots of different things I found that regular old Oxy 10 really worked well for my skin. I now use Arbonne skin products and they work even better %26#039;for me%26#039;. So you just never know until you try something - and don%26#039;t give up to quickly on a product. It takes some time for a new product to work on your skin.

If you are going to pop whiteheads or blackheads, wash your hands before and after - you don%26#039;t want to spread anything, and be gentle. Don%26#039;t force it if something looks like it hasn%26#039;t come to a head.

Try to eat healthy and take care of yourself. Your skin is a part of your body - and when your body is healthy, it helps your skin to be healthy. Get plenty of rest and exercise.

And last of all, try not to feel down. I%26#039;ve had good skin times and bad skin times for a lot of years. It can be hard to not feel self conscious when you break out. Good luck to you. I hope you find something that works for you.|||Have you heard of Himalays products from India? Those are pretty good for acnes, pimples, scalps, whatever. It uses ayurvedicherbs medicine, so it%26#039;s pretty cool for me. Avoid pinching them with your fingers and nails, u%26#039;ll get very serious infections and even pores. Try to get a pimple pinching tool (it looks like ear-picking tool but longer). And stress is also a factor. So try to relax more and get some sleep. As for my back, I tried using St.Ives Apricot Scrub and it works for me. Hope that helps ;)
