Is there a body wash to cure/prevent acne?

Is there a body wash that i can use in either the bath or shower to cure/prevent acne on back and shoulders?|||Only thing that will work is to get your doctor to prescribe you some low dose antibiotics.|||Normal soap should be used which is fit for oily skin. Avoid medicated soaps. It%26#039;s called Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash. They have one with exfoliating beads, too. I would recommend the exfoliating one because it will help get rid of dead skin and clogged pores that might cause acne.|||You could use a normal acne treatment but I dont know if that would work.
