How do I get rid of a burn caused by toothpaste used to cure acne?

Please Help!!! I have this big mark on my face thats red!!!!|||Same thing happened to me, after washing my face with warm water the dark brown scab peeled off on its own so now I%26#039;m here putting neosporin on it everyday and it seems to have gotten better but I don%26#039;t know yet, so my best advice would be use neosporin because nothing like this has every happened to me until this morning|||you should never put toothpaste on your acne...it only makes it worse. i%26#039;m not sure what to tell you about the burn...try putting ice on it..?
