Good luck.|||I know how you feel, i have some spots by my mouth and it is horrid as i have very pail skin so it looks really bad, but i have a face wash that helps reduce the appearance of spots as it has peroxide in it, i wash my face twice a day,don%26#039;t put cream on in the night,let it breath, if it is that bad then go to the doc%26#039;s and get some antibiotics, drink lots of water as that is the last part of your body to benefit water, in all the time i have had spots they never go over night, soz!! hope that helps.xx|||You don%26#039;t.
Acne blemishes need time to heal, and while there are ways to reduce the redness and appearances of the blemishes it still takes time to %26quot;cure%26quot; them.|||People are lucky if they can cure acne in their lifetime, nevermind in one day.
You can minimize it%26#039;s appearance and help your current breakout go away by washing it 2 times a day, maybe using a benyzl perioxide cream, drinking lots of water, taking vitamins, etc.
But whatever underlying cause of your acne (hormones, stress) is still gunna cause the acne to come back eventually in breakouts.
That%26#039;s life.
Unless you%26#039;re one of the lucky ones who get older and escape it.|||not possible in one day..........get some munka honey ask in your health shop i know you can mix it with something to make a face mask and its meant to be really good leaves no scaring.... worth a try good luck.
