ive tryed everything trust me, supplement with those three. Eat less carbs and sugar, drink water, thats all you can do as far as eating|||There are no miracle foods to cure acne or take scars away. The best thing to do is keep away from foods and drinks consisting of large amounts of sugar鈥uch as soda, candy bars, and any other foods that land under the junk category.
