Does the regular flu or swine flu cure acne?

1 day ago the doctor told me I had the flu, I also have acne.


The next day, today, when I woke up I noticed the acne was cut down MAJOR! It%26#039;s only a few spots left.





Does swine flu cut down acne or is it just coincidence?|||it just coincidence.. intake of huge amount water or water based products may be reason for this ... lucky boy .. get well soon ..
