I have had acne now for about 2 years and until now it hasn%26#039;t really bothered me. Now i feel embarrassed from doing everyday things like swimming and tried to avoid taking my shirt off when i went to Tunisia last year because the acne has spread to my back and chest area. I have used some creams available on the shelf in boots which has helped the acne on my face but hasn%26#039;t completely made my face blemish free. I now want to know my option to help cure my acne once and for all not just on my face but on my back and chest too.|||there are lots of creams and antibiotic courses you can take, the quickest and best way to try and cure your acne is to book an appointment at your doctors.|||See a dermatologist. They can typically start you with prescription topical creams and facial washes. If these don%26#039;t work, certain oral antibiotics could be helpful. If this still doesn%26#039;t work, they may consider accutane, a medicine with potentially serious side effects, but one that typically does the trick to %26quot;cure%26quot; acne and is taken for a few months. Some of these medications are expensive though, so hopefully you have insurance to help.|||Let me tell you I had really bad acne and I used everything, even prescription, but what seems to work the best for me is benzyle peroxide 10 GEL!! NOT CREAM, I also use St. Ives medicated acne scrub, both brands I get the Walmart equate version. I also use a tonic which works so well and can be used as a treatment. I mix some green tea oil, with mint alcohol the kind for cuts, a little hydrogen peroxide, witch hazel and rose water and this I put on my face and it helped me greatly.|||Trust me on this one man, the Sun is the best cure for acne. I have tried acutane, BP, untold amounts of facial cleansers, body washes nothing works as well as the Sun. Go to a tanning salon are just get some Sun. I suffered from body acne for a long time nothing helped but the Sun. Good luck hope you take my advice instead of torturing your self with harsh chemicals.|||i am using lemon juice on mine and its clearing up quite a bit . the only problem is that it gets a bit sticky|||Unfortunately acne is very hard to get rid of, and the cause of it is different for everyone. For this reason, dermatologists and skin doctors usually aren%26#039;t very helpful for those with relentless acne, because they rarely analyze what the causes are for each person. It could be a food allergy, it could be digestive issues, constipation, liver problems, hormone issues etc. Typically acne stems from an internal health disorder. When you wash your face, simply use plain water, I wouldn%26#039;t waste money on creams and topicals because they could possibly damage your skin further. However, a good Vitamin E oil can help sometimes. Do not especially put anything acidic on your face (lemon juice, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, etc).
Secondly you will most likely have to change your diet to see results. The most important type of foods to avoid are refined carbohydrates (bread, pasta, cookies, candy, sugar, sugar drinks). %26quot;Breakout%26quot; type foods are different for everyone, so you just have to try eliminating different foods to see if it effects your skin. People usually have problems with dairy, wheat, fatty nuts (cashews %26amp; peanuts particularly), and sugar. But again, everyone%26#039;s body reacts differently to what they eat ,so you just have to experiment.
Getting sunlight every day may help also, because it gives you vit D which is good for skin. Also drink plenty of water and get exercise daily. It won%26#039;t be easy nor will you see instant results, as it took me nearly two years to clear up my skin. I now eat mostly vegetables, fruit, almonds, fish and eggs, and I don%26#039;t eat junk food anymore. I go outside every day and exercise daily, and it has helped about as much as the diet.

Aloe Vera %26amp; Tea Tree are a great treatment for acne.
Here is some info below:
The watery gel from Aloe Vera plant is a highly effective natural cure against Acne. The enzyme-rich gel has very soothing anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties. It can also be taken internally and helps clean up and detox the digestive tract. This in turn can help clear up the skin.
Gel or juice of Aloe Vera is highly useful in fading of acne scars. You can grow Aloe Vera plant in your home and apply freshly taken pure Aloe Vera gel to your scar. Otherwise many branded cosmetic companies manufactures pure Aloe Vera gel, so you can choose the best cosmetic companies to get Aloe Vera gel.
Vitamin A is also a natural and effective Acne cure. Vitamin A promotes healthy skin.
Vitamin E also helps in countering Acne. It is a natural antioxidant and beneficial for the skin.
Tea Tree Oil is obtained from the Melaleuca alternifoliais tree from Australia. It is very effective against Acne as it contains bacteria-fighting substances called Terpenes. Acne is often caused by bacteria and the Terpenes either outright kill them or weaken them enough to be destroyed by protective antibodies. There are very little side effects from using Tea Tree Oil.
