must be easier ways to cure acne|||This is very dangerous for your body. You need to eat food. If you can%26#039;t get products over the counter like Proactive or other acne fighting products. Try taking a Zinc tablet and drinking plenty of water through out the day. Wash your face with Purpose bar/liquid soap. A dermatologist recommended it to me years ago and I still am using it.|||I%26#039;m not sure about it curing acne. You can only live without water for 3 days, and you start to feel the effects of dehydration when you%26#039;ve lost only a cup of water, so I would say dont try it.

Depending on what kind of acne you have, the doctor may prescribe medication. Definitely professional advice is better than anything, especially if this is a chronic problem for you.

Though, a lot of your nutritional habits have a lot to do with your skin (because it reacts to overly oily foods = acne) You should probably just eat more veggies, like baby carrots, and add veggies to your foods like scrambled eggs with spinach and tomato, etc. Try to add some fruit to your breakfast and throught the day drink lots and lots of water.
