Shampoos and contitioners can also be evil to the skin. Don%26#039;t let your washclothes or towel mildew in the washer, you will be shoving bacteria into pores that are fully open after a hot shower. Also try scent and dye free soaps, like Dove. The best option it to see a physician about it so they can find a treatment that fits your needs, such as diet change, antibiotics, allergies, hormones, etc...
Dab tea tree oil on to affected area with clean cotton ball prior to shower, DO NOT GET IN EYES! let sit for 5-10 minutes. Rinse with warm water in shower, wash face as usual.|||Personally I don%26#039;t think topicals can cure acne. They can help with existing but you%26#039;ll still be getting acne. I think diet is a huge factor in acne and I%26#039;d recommend you go to acne.org get an account and go under the Holistic/Nutrition forum as their is a ton of amazing advice.
